Below are some Citizen Service Bureau complaints on file. They were sent to me by Claire Nowak-Boyd. These are only a small fraction of the approximately 300 parcels which Blairmont owns. At the minimum you can file a complaint here and these could possibly be given more attention by the Department. The image is the entire mapping of Blairmont's holdings.
1922 St. Louis Av - Unsecured vacant building - windows on first floor front and rear open. N&G Ventures.
2325 St. Louis Av - Unsecured vacant building - both front doors open. Noble Development.
2200 St. Louis Av - Unsecured vacant building - Rear door open, and window on first floor west wall open. VHS Partners.
2933 Montgomery - Unsecured vacant building - Door on east wall first floor open. With this one, make sure you note that it's newly owned by Sheridan Place LC of 8905 S SWAN CIRCLE BRENTWOOD, MO 63144. They don't have that recorded in their database yet but the sale was just recorded this week. I would hate to see the notice letter and/or bill go to one of the previous owners.
1449 Clinton - Unsecured vacant building - 1st floor window on east wall is open. Noble Development.
2947 Montgomery - Unsecured vacant building. Open on the front. Sheridan Place LC.
